Delete Your ChallengeME Data
ChallengeME is operated by Silicon Biztech Limited. You can delete your account and your family's data at any time, in two ways.
In the app
Open ChallengeME in Parent Mode and go to Settings. To remove one child, choose the child and tap "Delete child profile". To remove everything, tap "Delete account" and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Request without the app
Email support@challengeme.life with the subject "Data Deletion Request", sent from the email address registered to your account so we can verify it's you. You don't need to give a reason. We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your parent account and login, all child profiles (names, age bands, avatars), and all challenges, completions, approvals, points, badges, rewards, notes, and the family feed.
What may be retained
For a limited period, and only where the law requires it, a minimal record that an account existed and that consent was given or withdrawn. This does not include your activity data.
